Thank you for choosing Given Style, a service provided by Given Style LLC. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Placement and Deposit:
● We confirm your order upon receiving your deposit. The deposit is 100% refundable if you are not satisfied with the sample pictures of your product. * We will not offer a refund if you change your mind after receiving the images.
● Once production commences, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
● You must pay the full invoice amount within 30 days of receiving the samples. In case of non-payment, the customer forfeits the order deposit and we are no longer liable to issue a refund.
* There might be a slight variation between the color scheme of the mockup and the actual product, depending on the screen settings and the device configuration. We will not refund the deposit due to this incidental variance
2. Money Back Guarantee:
● We offer a 100% money-back guarantee under specific conditions.
● The money-back guarantee does not cover refunds due to shipping delays, changes in design requirements, or changes in size requirements.
● Refunds are only applicable if the product received does not meet the promised quality or does not match the samples provided before production.
3. Sample Pictures:
● Sample pictures of the product will be provided for your approval before production begins.
● It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the sample pictures. Any dissatisfaction should be communicated during this stage to avoid issues after production.
● We will share the mockup and samples for feedback before production so you can identify any revisions and errors accordingly. Once production commences, the customer is liable to pay for the patches (we will not cancel the order or issue a refund)
4. Design and Size Changes:
● Changes to the design or size requirements after the production process has started may not be possible. Please ensure all specifications are accurate before confirming your order.
● We don’t charge a setup fee but if you change the design after we provide the digital mockup, we will charge an additional $50 as a setup fee for the new design.
● If you change the product type, e.g. from embroidery to chenille, or embroidery to printed, after we share the mockup, we will charge an additional $50 as a setup fee for the new design.
5. Production Timelines:
● Production timelines are estimated and may vary based on the complexity and volume of orders. We will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon timelines.
6. Shipping and Delivery:
● We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
● While most orders are shipped and delivered within 14 days, bulk orders may require additional time for processing and delivery.
● If your order is time-sensitive, please communicate this with our sales agent before placing your order.
● We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.
● If we deliver less than the ordered quantity, we will issue a refund for or reship the missing items (at our discretion)
7. Price Match Promise:
● If you find a lower price elsewhere for a comparable product, we will not only match the price but beat it. Contact our customer service team with the competitor’s offer details to avail the Price Match Promise.
8. Payment Options:
● We accept payments securely through Stripe.com.
● We do not store credit card information with us to ensure the highest level of security for your transactions.
● Accepted payment methods include AMEX, VISA, CashApp, PayPal, Discover, MasterCard, and ACH.
9. Bulk Orders:
● For bulk orders, additional processing time may be required. Our team will communicate estimated timelines upon order confirmation.
10. Communication:
● Timely and clear communication is crucial throughout the order process. Any concerns or issues should be communicated to us promptly.
11. Intellectual Property:
● You agree that any design or artwork provided by you for the creation of custom patches does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
12. Governing Law:
● These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware.

- Information obtained as part of SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates.
